Our fundraising shift signups overflowed last night at the Workcamp Crew Meeting. Take a look at Fundraising Central for the current shift assignments, and note any of your on your family calendar. If you have not been able to sign up for your shifts yet, take a breather while we figure out what to do about this abundance of help!

We just received our Gathering hotel assignment, and we'll trust that God set us up there for good reason. It looks like a classy place (classier than me, for sure), and though it's not nearly the cheapest, it's in a good location a few blocks from the Convention Center... and cooked-to-order breakfast, too! Gathering Team Meeting Coming...

Get ready for our next team meeting in a couple of weeks. Bring a parent and your calendar to church on Sunday, April 18th at 4:30pm. We'll be meeting for only about an hour, so be on time. Your Gathering registration balance will be due on that day- $400 for the first family member and $312 for siblings. If you need to stretch out the payments, that's no problem- talk to me or include a note with the registration check. Checks need to be made out to Immanuel Lutheran Church.

Confirmation Received- We're In!

Our group was officially registered for the Gathering, and now we are waiting on word of which hotel we will be staying at. Our first team meeting is coming up on January 31st at 6pm- teens and parents are invited as we begin this "journey".

Our Registration Packet's on it's Way!

Our Gathering Crew has been formed and today our registration packet has been sent in to the Gathering office on this the final day of the priority window. Our top 10 hotel choices have been prioritized and included, and we are registered to go out on a servant event during the Gathering. When our registration is processed, we will receive word back confirming our acceptance.
